For U.S. (48 contiguous states) delivery, we use UPS Ground or USPS with the following cost schedule:

Delivery time is 3-7 business days. Rates listed are for the lower 48 U.S. States. Please e-mail us for shipping quotes to any other destination.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your lettering, return it within 30 days from purchase, you can choose to have us re-work your lettering at no extra charge or give you a full refund. If you are still unsatisfied with it we will offer a refund minus the cost of shipping.
What is your privacy policy?
We do not share your personal information with any 3rd party or store credit card information electronically. All transactions are being handled securely on the PayPal website.
These are pre-spaced letters, cut to perfection by computer technology. The letters press on to your wall or any other smooth surface.
